Welcome. I’m Sean — John’s older brother.
This space was created to honor my brother John, a man with Prader–Willi Syndrome who accomplished what the world believed was impossible:
He fasted — intentionally — for 7 days, 21 days, and even 26 days. Total of over 70 days fasted.
It should have been impossible because PWS is a genetic disease with a malfunctioning chromosome 15, which controls function of controlling satiety. This means that he was constantly hungry every single moment of his life.
And yet he fought gastric cancer with courage and childlike purity.
And together, we witnessed miracles we never expected.
This site exists to share his legacy, offer free information to families, and provide deeper resources for those who want to learn more.
